Hi, I'm Jackie Roman (she/her), an award-winning photographer exploring other realities.

  • As innovation paves the way for us to have evermore surreal experiences, I have been using new tools and collaborating with some of the world’s top XR developers to capture live performances and 360-stereo videos for game engine-based projects.

  • The camera department is where I shine! Whether at a soundstage, or on-location, my expertise is deeply rooted in lens work and controlling light.

  • Since the early 2000s, I've maintained an archive of portraiture and assignment photojournalism focused on music, entertainment and culture. My work has been exhibited internationally and I'm the author of a few books including Old Domino (Brown Owl Press, UK).
